Each year, the American Marketing Association of Rochester highlights the region’s best marketing work through its Pinnacle Awards. What sets these awards apart is the judging: submissions are reviewed by AMA chapters outside Rochester, so the results are based on the work itself, strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes, not on who you know.
In June, our Site Hub team gathered at Comedy at the Carlson for the 2026 Pinnacle Awards and left with six wins. Here is a look at each award and the work that earned it.
Best Website for a Nonprofit
Designing a nonprofit website presents unique challenges: a broad audience, complex messaging requirements, and limited budgets. This award recognized a nonprofit website that prioritized clarity, providing visitors with a clear understanding of the organization, its mission, and ways to get involved, without unnecessary complexity.
Our web design approach emphasizes performance and purpose. A nonprofit site must communicate its mission efficiently to reach its intended audience. This project achieved that objective.
Best Landing Page
Landing pages directly test marketing effectiveness. With a single goal and audience, every detail contributes to or detracts from conversion.
This award recognized a landing page developed for a targeted campaign, designed to drive a single action with a clear message and strong visual hierarchy. The page was free of clutter, competing calls to action, and distractions.
Landing pages are central to how we run paid search and display campaigns. The ad is only half the equation. Where it lands determines whether it works.
Best SEO Campaign
SEO results are rarely quick or linear. This award recognized a campaign where consistent, well-structured efforts led to sustained organic growth, improved rankings, increased qualified traffic, and greater visibility in search positions that drive business.
The Pinnacle Awards emphasize measurable results, aligning with our SEO approach. Keyword strategy, technical health, content, and reporting are all designed to support the client’s objectives.
Best Paid Social
This award recognized a paid social campaign that achieved more than brand awareness by delivering measurable results. We employed targeted creative, defined audience segments, and an adaptive strategy informed by data insights.
Paid social is most effective when treated as an integrated system, with audience, creative, offer, and measurement working together. This comprehensive approach contributed to the campaign’s success.
Best Paid Search
Effective paid search is highly targeted, reaching individuals actively seeking your offerings. The objective is to deliver the right message at the right time and maximize return on investment.
This campaign excelled in both targeting and performance. It featured a robust keyword structure, thoroughly tested ad copy, and measurable results. Our paid search efforts prioritize ROI, focusing on performance that justifies continued investment.
Best Campaign Rejected by a Client
This category is unique. The Pinnacle Awards recognize campaigns that were developed and submitted for judging, acknowledged for their quality, but ultimately not implemented by the client.
This category acknowledges that strong strategic and creative work may not always reach the market for various reasons, and that the underlying ideas merit recognition.
We are proud of this campaign. Sometimes the most impactful work challenges clients to consider new perspectives, even if it is not ultimately implemented.
A note on the night
As a fully remote team, Site Hub values opportunities to gather in person. Connecting with peers and clients in Rochester’s marketing community and celebrating our achievements are things we truly appreciate.
We thank AMA Rochester for organizing an excellent event and for maintaining rigorous judging standards. We also appreciate our clients, whose trust made this work possible.
If you are curious about any of the services behind these wins, web design, SEO, paid search, or paid social, we are always happy to talk through what that could look like for your business.
