Paid media, measurement, SEO, and AI visibility delivered under your brand, at wholesale pricing, with reports your clients read on your domain. You own the relationship. We do the work.
A branding agency gets asked to run the launch campaign. A PR firm gets asked why the client is not showing up in ChatGPT. A web shop finishes a site and the client wants to know what to do about Google Ads. A fractional CMO has a strategy and nobody to execute it.
You can say no and watch the client hire someone else who will eventually pitch them on your services too. You can hire for it and carry the payroll between projects. Or you can bring in a team that has done this for fourteen years and put your name on the work.
Most of our partners are creative, PR, and web agencies, along with independent consultants and fractional marketing leaders. Some send us two clients a year. Some route most of their paid media through us. Both work.
Three ways in. Partners move between them per client, and nothing here is exclusive.
Send us a client and step back. We handle the conversation, the proposal, and the work under the Site Hub name. You receive a referral reward when they sign and a thank-you every time they renew.
Best when the client relationship is not central to your business. Referral program details.
Your brand on the proposal, the reporting, and the meetings if you want us there. We scope, build, and run the work at wholesale pricing. You set the client price and keep the margin.
Best when you want to add a service line without adding headcount. This is the model most agency partners use.
For work that has to be disclosed, like RFP responses, government contracts, and anything running through our GSA Schedule. We appear as a named subcontractor with our own capability statement, and you stay the prime.
Best when you are pursuing public sector or enterprise work that requires a paid media or measurement partner on paper.
Our retail pricing is public. Partners buy the same services at wholesale and resell them at whatever margin fits their model. The full wholesale sheet is in the Partner Kit.
Measurement Builds that make marketing provable before anything spends. Offline conversion tracking wired from the client’s CRM back to every ad platform.
Site Hub Reports, our live dashboard, whitelabeled on your domain with your logo, showing platform-reported and CRM-verified conversions side by side, plus a monthly signal memo written for the owner and signed by you.
Technical and content SEO, local search, and AI Visibility programs that track citations across four AI engines and build the entity and content signals that earn them. Digital PR aimed at the publications AI engines cite.
Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, geofencing and OTT, managed against tracking we trust. WordPress and WooCommerce development. GoHighLevel builds, automations, and SMS compliance. Landing pages and CRO.
What we do not do: brand strategy, PR, organic social content, or video production. Those are usually why the partner exists. We do not compete with the agencies we work for.
Thirty minutes. What you sell, what your clients ask for, how you want us to show up. We send the Partner Kit and wholesale sheet the same day.
You bring the opportunity. We write the proposal in your template or ours with your branding, at your price. Most proposals turn around in two business days.
Under your brand, with or without us on the call. Every engagement starts by settling measurement. Your client hears that from you, and it makes you look careful.
Work moves through a shared project space you can see into. Questions from your client come to you. Questions from us come to you. Nobody at Site Hub contacts your client unless you ask.
Site Hub Reports on your domain, your logo, your colors. Monthly signal memo drafted for you to send. You present results. We stay in the background unless you want us in the room.
We put this in writing before the first engagement, and we have kept it for every partner since 2012.
The one thing we will not do is run paid media against measurement we cannot verify, for your clients or for ours. If a client’s tracking is broken, we tell you, we quote the fix, and we hold the spend until it is right. Partners tell us this has saved more client relationships than it has complicated.
“Site Hub isn’t a vendor we hand things off to — at this point they’re part of [our agency]. They’re in the room for every pitch, and what they bring goes way beyond deliverables: strategy, ideas, and honest advice. They’re the best PPC people I’ve ever worked with, and it’s not close. Every deal feels like a win for both sides.”
Same owner, same city, same building since 2012, and none of the work leaves it. The GSA Schedule matters when your client is a municipality, a university, or a defense contractor. Clients range from single-location service businesses to national franchise systems and B2B manufacturers. We teach digital marketing and analytics at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, which is a long way of saying we can explain what we did and why in language a client’s CFO accepts.
You do, entirely. The contract is between you and your client. We contract with you. We never contact your client unless you ask, and we will sign a non-solicitation agreement before the first project.
Partners buy at a flat wholesale discount off the retail prices published on our pricing page and set their own client price. The wholesale sheet is in the Partner Kit. There is no volume requirement to qualify.
No retainer minimum and no exclusivity. Some partners send one client a year. The only commitment is on individual engagements, which follow the same terms as our direct clients.
Yes. We can present as part of your team, as your paid media partner, or stay out of calls entirely. You choose per client. Our team is used to all three.
Two business days for most paid media, SEO, and AI visibility scopes. Measurement Builds and websites take longer because we scope them against the client’s actual stack.
We follow your lead. Some partners disclose that they work with a specialist partner. Some do not. Either way, we never volunteer it, and we never treat a disclosed relationship as an opening to work with the client directly.
Yes. Most partner work is remote and most of our partners are outside Rochester.
A capability overview you can adapt for your own pitches, the wholesale pricing sheet, a sample whitelabel proposal, a sample monthly signal memo, our standard partner agreement and non-solicitation terms, and a one-page summary of what we need from you to scope a client.
Download it the moment you submit. Every file below, plus a link to book a partner call if you want one.
The wholesale sheet is confidential to you. Retail figures are public, partner figures are not.
Thirty minutes. What you sell, what your clients ask for, and how you want us to show up. Times below are live from our calendar, and you will get a Google Meet link on confirmation.
If the calendar does not load, open it in a new tab, or call (585) 300-4640.
