We plan, buy and optimize paid advertising across search, social, display, geofencing and AI placements, managed against CRM-verified numbers rather than platform estimates. One team, one strategy, one number that matters: what it cost you to win a customer.
Paid media is any advertising you buy rather than earn. It covers paid search, paid social, display, video, geofencing, connected TV and the new ad placements inside AI assistants. Unlike organic channels that compound slowly, paid media buys attention the moment you turn it on, which makes it the fastest way to test a message, enter a market or fill a pipeline.
It is also the fastest way to waste money. The difference between the two outcomes is not the platform. It is whether someone is matching the right audience to the right offer, measuring what actually converts and moving budget toward it every week. That is the job we do.
Strategy, budget and measurement are handled across all the channels. Here is the work that has to be in place around them:
Most engagements start with one channel and add a second once the first is producing. Channel selection follows your audience and your math, not whatever platform is fashionable this quarter.
Google and Microsoft Ads built around commercial intent. We bid on the searches that signal someone is ready to buy, then keep the wasted spend out with negative keywords and tight match control. See paid search and display.
Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns that earn the click before they ask for it. Creative is built for the feed it runs in, not resized from a print ad. See paid social.
Location-based targeting that reaches people who visited a competitor, an event or a service area, plus streaming and connected TV placements that put you on the big screen without a broadcast budget. See geofencing.
Ad placements inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT, plus Performance Max, Advantage+ and predictive audience modeling, managed by people who know when to let the algorithm run and when to take the wheel. See AI advertising.
We look at where your money has been going, what it produced and what was never tracked in the first place. More often than not the biggest win in month one is not a new campaign. It is conversion tracking that finally reports the truth.
GA4 cleanup, server-side tagging, call tracking and real conversion values. We do not manage ad spend against broken tracking. A Measurement Build or a passed audit comes first, every time.
If a closed deal is worth $800 and closes one time in six, we know what a lead can cost before we spend a dollar. Some clients need search and nothing else. Others need a geofence around eight zip codes and a connected TV buy.
Budgets move toward what converts and away from what does not. Creative gets refreshed before it fatigues. You get a dashboard you can read and a call with the person managing the account, not a summary written by someone who has never seen it.
Measurement comes first, every time. If a platform reports 400 conversions and you closed 240, every budget decision after that inherits a 40% error, and no amount of optimization fixes a number that was wrong going in. A Measurement Build or a passed Attribution Audit comes first, with no exceptions for a client in a hurry.
What we manage, and what each piece actually changes for you.
One strategy across channels instead of three vendors optimizing against each other.
Demand generation and follow-up that stays on the same offer and the same numbers.
Competitor, event and service-area targeting without a broadcast budget.
Budget decisions made against closed deals instead of modeled conversions.
Copy and assets made for the feed or the SERP they run in, not resized from a brochure.
A Site Hub Reports seat is included on every retainer at $2,000 and above.
If we part ways, you keep the machine we built. Nothing is held hostage.
Account build, conversion tracking, audiences and first creative. Waived when bundled with a Measurement Build.
On Starter, when total spend stays under $10K a month.
Instead of $4,500 combined, the most common pairing once measurement is in place.
One platform = Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display and YouTube together) or Meta (Facebook + Instagram together). Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest are each their own platform.
The platforms bill you directly for media. We take no margin on it, so there is nothing in it for us in recommending a bigger budget. The only percentage anywhere is the 8% on Full above $50,000 a month.
Managed retainers are 12-month partnerships, six months available at a 15% premium. Save 5% with annual prepay. A Site Hub Reports seat is included at $2,000 and up. No hourly billing on any of it.

Tell us what you sell, what a customer is worth and what you are running today. We will tell you whether paid media is the right lever, which channels to start with and what it takes to see a return.
Paid search, Google Shopping, display, paid social across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, geofencing, contextual, OTT and connected TV, plus ad placements inside AI assistants. Channel selection is based on where your audience actually is and what your margins support, not on what pays the agency a commission.
Starter supports up to $10,000 a month on one platform, Standard up to $30,000 across two, and Full handles $30,000 and above across all platforms. The right number depends on your industry, your sales cycle and how much a customer is worth to you. If your budget is too low to get meaningful data on a given platform, we will tell you before you commit.
A flat monthly fee on every plan, with one disclosed exception. Starter at $2,000, Standard at $3,500 and Full at $5,000 are fixed management fees no matter what you spend inside the band. On Full only, spend above $50,000 a month adds 8% of the amount over that line, because coordination, creative volume and reporting genuinely scale at that budget. Below $50,000 there is no percentage at all, and we never mark up media. The platforms bill you directly.
Because we will not optimize against numbers we cannot trust. If a platform reports 400 conversions and you closed 240, every budget decision after that inherits a 40% error. The Measurement Build is one-time and runs $7,500 for Core, $12,500 CRM-Integrated and $18,000 Multi-Brand, and it is where GA4 cleanup, server-side tagging, call tracking and real conversion values get done. If your tracking already holds up, a passed Attribution Audit clears the same bar and you skip the build entirely.
Yes, and it is one of the more common ways we start. The audit usually surfaces immediate fixes such as missing conversion tracking, broad match with no negatives, or budget sitting in a campaign that has never produced a lead. If you want the audit before committing to management, the Attribution Audit is $4,500 and takes two weeks, or $6,500 for multi-location and multi-brand accounts. Half the fee credits back toward any build you sign within 60 days.
PPC is one part of paid media. It refers specifically to the pay-per-click auction model used by search engines and most social platforms. Paid media is the umbrella covering PPC plus everything bought on impressions or airtime, including programmatic display, connected TV, OTT audio and geofencing. If you only need search, our paid search and display page is the closer fit.
Yes. Every account is built in your name and every creative asset belongs to you. If we part ways you keep the accounts, the audiences, the creative and the historical data.
Managed retainers are 12-month partnerships. Six-month terms are available at a 15% premium. Paid media needs time to gather enough conversion data to optimize against, and turning campaigns off in week five usually means paying for the learning period and leaving before the payoff. Audits and builds are fixed scope rather than retainers, so you can start with one of those instead.
Paid media is how you buy the attention. Lead generation is the system that turns that attention into a contact record and moves it toward a sale, including landing pages, offers, forms, follow-up and CRM handoff. Most clients need both, and they are priced and managed separately. You can read more on our lead generation services page.
The work that runs before the ads, and the work that catches what they send you.
Two weeks, $4,500. Half the fee credits toward any build you sign.
GA4, server-side tagging, call tracking and real conversion values.
