How does the reward work?
Once your referral signs a contract with Site Hub and their first invoice is paid, we process your reward. We’ll
reach out to you directly to arrange payment.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
We are happy to! Our standard contract includes a basic NDA for your protection, but we will gladly sign yours after approval from our corporate attorney.
Does my referral have to be in Rochester?
We accept cash, check, all major credit, and ACH. You will receive our invoices electronically and can pay right through that portal if you wish.
What if my referral already knows about Site Hub?
A typical web design process begins with a kickoff meeting where we ask the right questions to pull out your vision, needs, wants, loves, hates, and spill it all out on the table. From there, we pick up the pieces and construct a masterpiece in tune with your minds-eye. We create what you can think of but have trouble expressing. After the kickoff sketches are created, wireframes are laid out, and a form begins to take shape. We may get your input at this point, but for some, it is too early. Once we create high-fidelity design comps, we show them to you for final approval before moving forward. If there are any changes, we make them at this point to avoid extra costs in development. Once you’re 100% satisfied, we move forward with the rest of the project!
How will I know if my referral signed on?
We have a modern business model which acts more like a collective of designers and developers rather than a corporate ad-agency with cubicles. This means we have people all over the world from San Diego to San Lucia working on our team. With that said, we have our headquarters office in Downtown Rochester, NY
