Paid Search + Display

The PPC agency businesses call for Google Ads that convert.

We are the team businesses hire when Google Ads is spending money without producing pipeline. We bid on the searches that signal someone is ready to buy, and keep waste out with tight match types and real negative keyword work. We report against numbers that tie back to your CRM instead of a platform's own count.

What PPC and Google Ads management actually is

PPC stands for pay-per-click, the auction model Google Ads and Microsoft Ads run on. You bid on searches, you pay when someone clicks, and the auction rewards relevance and Quality Score as much as raw budget. Managing it well means choosing the right keywords, structuring campaigns so budget flows to what works, and writing ad copy that earns the click at a price that still makes sense once that click becomes a customer.

Search is only half the account. Display and YouTube placements reach people already inside Google's ecosystem, keeping your brand in front of a prospect after the first search and supporting Shopping campaigns for ecommerce. We treat display as a complement to search intent rather than a separate strategy, because the two are billed and managed as one platform under our pricing.

Scope boundary

This page is one channel inside a bigger plan

Google and Microsoft Ads live here. Budget allocation across channels, and the channels themselves, sit on their own pages:

Paid Media + Advertising → The hub. How channels get chosen and budget gets split
Paid Social → Reaching people who fit your profile but are not searching yet
AI Advertising → Ad placements inside AI assistants and AI answers
Marketing Measurement → The tracking that has to work before we manage spend

Four campaign types, one platform fee

Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube all run inside Google Ads, and our rate card counts them together as one platform. You are not billed four times for one account.

Automated

Performance Max

PMax can outperform a manual setup when it is fed clean conversion data and given real constraints, and it can burn budget fast when it is not. We use it where the data supports it and keep it fenced in where it does not.

Reach

Display

Visual ads across the Google Display Network that keep your brand in front of people who already searched or already visited your site. It supports search intent rather than replacing it, and it supports Shopping for ecommerce accounts.

Video

YouTube

Video placements inside the same account and the same management fee. Placements are chosen based on where your audience actually engages, not on where impressions happen to be cheapest.

The engagement

How we run your Google Ads

01

Audit the structure first

Match types, negative keyword coverage, Quality Score, landing page relevance and where budget is actually flowing versus where it should be. More often than not the fastest win in month one is not a new campaign. It is fixing a match type that has been bleeding spend on searches that were never going to buy.

02

Build around buyer intent

Match types, ad groups and bid strategy get structured around your sales cycle and your margins, not a generic template. Bids are set to protect margin rather than just win the auction, and Smart Bidding is used where it earns its place, constrained by clean conversion data.

03

Fix Quality Score and cut waste

A low Quality Score means paying more per click and showing less often than a competitor with a tighter account. We fix the landing page relevance, ad relevance and expected click-through rate problems dragging it down, because that work lowers your cost per click directly.

04

Report against what closed

A monthly dashboard and a review call with the person managing your account, not a summary written by someone who has never opened it. You see what was spent, what converted and what changes next month, measured against numbers that reconcile to closed business.

Measurement comes first, every time. If Google reports 400 conversions and you closed 240, every bid and budget decision after that inherits a 40% error, and no amount of optimization fixes a number that was wrong going in. A Measurement Build or a passed Growth Signal Audit comes before we manage a dollar of spend, with no exceptions for a client in a hurry.

Frequently asked questions

Paid search shows text ads to people actively typing a query into Google or Microsoft, so it captures demand that already exists. Display shows visual ads across websites and apps in the Google Display Network, keeping your brand in front of people who already searched or already visited your site. We manage both as one platform, since they work together rather than against each other.

Yes. Search, Performance Max, Google Display Network and YouTube all run under the same Google Ads platform and the same management fee, because our rate card counts them as one platform. You are not charged separately for each campaign type. Placements are chosen based on where your audience actually engages, not on where impressions happen to be cheapest. Our paid media page covers how channels get selected across the board.

It depends on your industry and how competitive your keywords are. Legal, insurance and other high-competition categories need larger budgets to see meaningful volume, while local service businesses often see returns starting in the low thousands per month. Management runs $2,000 a month on Starter with spend up to $10,000, $3,500 on Standard with spend up to $30,000, and $5,000 on Full from $30,000 up. Every published tier and add-on is listed on our pricing page, and we will tell you upfront if your budget is too thin to compete.

Management is a flat monthly fee, with one disclosed exception. On Full only, spend above $50,000 a month adds 8% of the amount over that line, because coordination, creative volume and reporting genuinely scale at that budget. Below $50,000 there is no percentage at all. Google and Microsoft bill you directly for the media itself and we never mark it up.

Setup is $2,500 one time, covering the account build, conversion tracking, audiences and first creative. It is waived when you bundle it with a Measurement Build, which most accounts need anyway before we will manage spend.

Where the data supports it. Performance Max and Smart Bidding can outperform manual setups when they are fed clean conversion data and given real constraints, and they can burn budget fast when they are not. If you want your brand showing up inside AI answers directly, that is a separate placement decision covered on our AI advertising page.

We audit the landing page relevance, ad relevance and expected click-through rate issues dragging your Quality Score down, then fix them directly. A better Quality Score means a lower cost per click and better ad placement for the same bid, so this work affects your budget every day it runs, not just once at setup. It is part of ongoing management, not a separate line item.

Yes. Every plan includes ad copy written and tested against performance, and we critique the landing page each ad sends traffic to, since a strong ad pointed at a weak page still fails to convert. Deeper landing page fixes beyond a critique are scoped separately on our conversion optimization page, and copy gets refreshed on a set cadence rather than left to run until it fatigues.

Yes to both, and defending your own name is usually the higher priority. We can build campaigns that bid on competitor terms where it makes sense for your category, and we build branded campaigns that protect your name from competitors trying to intercept your own customers mid-search.

Because we will not optimize a Google Ads account against numbers we cannot trust. If Google reports 400 conversions and you closed 240, every bid and budget decision after that inherits a 40 percent error. The Measurement Build is one time and runs $7,500 for Core, $12,500 CRM-Integrated and $18,000 Multi-Brand. If your tracking already holds up, a passed Growth Signal Audit at $4,500 clears the same bar and you skip the build entirely.

Managed retainers are 12-month partnerships, with a six-month option available at a 15 percent premium. Paid search needs time to gather enough conversion data to optimize against, and turning campaigns off in week five usually means paying for the learning period without ever seeing the payoff. If you want a diagnostic first, a Growth Signal Audit is fixed scope, not a retainer.
